Main Street Texarkana is collaborating with The Texarkana Museum System to include this years activities with the Annual Quadrangle Festival.  This years festival will be October 11-12.  This years festival will have various music genres including the Quadrangle's "Battle of the Bands" and of course Blues.  Make plans now to attend and enjoy the arts and crafts, music, food and social atmosphere of the Downtown District.
