Loan Funds
Through our revolving loan fund program, Main Street Texarkana has been able to loan money to help business get started. Contact Main Street Texarkana for information. |
Arkansas Downtown Revitalization Grant (DTR)
Matching funds with a grant from the state of Arkansas allows Main Street Texarkana to match dollar for dollar any exterior improvements to properties on the Arkansas side of Stateline. Funds are limited each year. |

EPA Brownsfield Funds
Brownfields are properties that may have hazardous substances, pollutants or contaminants present. To find out more about EPA Brownfield funds click here |
Community Block Grant Fund
Commonly known as CDGB, these grant funds are designed to create and retain permanent jobs in designated areas withing a city. |
Main Street Design Assistance
Main Street Texarkana has access to both interior and exterior architectural design assistance including renderings of updated facades or helping build layout plans. Though not direct funding, this assistance can help you get things rolling.
